Rebecca Keppler is Thrives’ Project Coordinator and oversees the majority of the organization’s youth programming, including the Leland & Gray Above the Influence Group. Having grown up in the Marlboro/Brattleboro area, Rebecca lives in Newfane with her husband and young daughter. Rebecca received her bachelor’s degree in English and education from Smith College. Rebecca is passionate about providing youth with positive opportunities and interactions with caring adults, knowing these can be leading antidotes to youth engagement in high-risk behavior. Additionally, Rebecca is an avid yogi/runner and is psyched to be organizing the Dash to the Dam 5k in the fall as well as coaching Girls on the Run in the spring!

Erica Reynolds is the program director for Thrives and is primarily responsible for general oversight of the coalition, grant writing and grants management, and program development. She has a Law Degree from Western New England University School of Law and a Sociology degree from Smith College. Erica is passionate about working for social justice and community initiatives. She lives in West Dover with her husband and grew up in Guilford, VT. Erica is a musician and sings in several different groups along with her husband who is a bass player. She enjoys interior design and stand up paddleboarding.
